We hold open group meetings every few months, usually at the Robert Horrell Well-being Centre in the grounds of Peterborugh City Hospital. Details of meetings are on our Facebook Page (Crokus Club) and emails are sent to addresses provided by those who wish to receive information We arrange transport to the meetings for those who require it. We make home visits, hospital visits, keep in contact with those needing support by phoneor email and can also arrange individual meetings for a chat and cuppa at somewhere convenient for the patient/carers.
